This commercial development takes full advantage of its prominent corner site with three units on Granville Street and one on Nelson Street. The robust brick cladding gives the building a strong presence. After dark the building comes alive with a dynamic programmable lightbox that recalls the legacy of lit signage in the Granville Entertainment District.
